By accessing or using PuanAI (the “Service”), operated by Sognora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use PuanAI. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
PuanAI provides AI-powered scoring and feedback for IELTS Writing Task 2 essays. The Service evaluates essays against the four official IELTS criteria: Task Response (TR), Coherence and Cohesion (CC), Lexical Resource (LR), and Grammatical Range and Accuracy (GRA).
PuanAI is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with British Council, IDP Education, or Cambridge Assessment English. AI scores are provided for practice purposes only and do not represent official IELTS band scores.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each essay submission consumes credits from your account balance. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Credits do not expire. Unused credits may be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All content, design, and technology comprising PuanAI is the property of Sognora and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the essays you submit. By submitting an essay, you grant Sognora a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle’s terms and privacy policy govern the payment process. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s terms. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sognora does not guarantee that AI scores will match official IELTS exam results. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sognora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to actual IELTS exam results.
Sognora reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Remaining unused credits may be refunded per our Refund Policy.
Sognora may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
